I went through many consultations with other large blinds companies, and Marlee's service was superior. I don't know Marlee personally, and I found her while doing a Google search for blinds companies. She spent hours with me and was so patient helping me pick the perfect colour of blinds. She never rushed me like the other companies did. She didn't leave until I was satisfied with my choices, and she ensured I had a quote before she left. Other companies made me wait up to a week for a quote. She has excellent taste and will always give you an honest opinion. Her prices and products are very competitive, but it's her level of customer care that far exceeds any other company. She is prompt and puts a lot of care into her work and clients. The installation was fast and extremely well done. The product she sells is beautiful, and my home looks amazing. I highly recommend hiring Marlee. I am so glad I stumbled upon her website and found such postive reviews of her. I can't say enough great things about her. The other companies are more concerned with volume and commissions. Marlee is more concerned with making sure you are happy instead of making a sale. Don't waste your time with the big name companies. You will be so much happier working with Marlee. Fantastic experience. Marlee wowed us from day 1, she is extremely accommodating, has an amazing selection and very professional. The cost was within our budget, for a very high quality product. She worked around our schedule and did an incredible job with installation, it was quick, painless and they cleaned up perfectly when the install was completed.
